    ColorID Return Policy

    SCOPE OF POLICY
    The ColorID Return Policy is for cases when a ColorID customer wishes to return a purchased product to ColorID that is not defective. In certain cases, ColorID will offer a refund minus a re-stocking charge for this return and in other cases ColorID may not allow products to be returned. Defective products are covered under the product Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.

    PRODUCT THAT MAY BE RETURNABLE
    ColorID will only consider returns of non-defective products that meet all the following criteria:
    • SOLD BY COLORID: The product must have originally been sold by ColorID.
    • RECENT ORDER: The product must have shipped in the last 30 days.
    • NON CUSTOM PRODUCT: Custom Products cannot be returned for refund. Custom products include all items that are made to a customer’s specifications and cannot be sold to another customer or put back into inventory. Examples of Custom Products include: custom printed cards, custom programmed cards, custom lanyards, contact or contactless cards.
    • ORIGINAL CONDITION: The product and its packaging must be in their original condition (as judged solely by ColorID).
    • RMA ISSUED: ColorID has issued an RMA for the return of the product.

    CREDIT
    After ColorID has inspected the returned product, ColorID will inform the customer if the product can be returned for credit minus the re-stocking fee. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If the customer does not accept the proposed terms of the credit, ColorID will ship the product back to the customer at ColorID’s expense and the customer will be responsible for the original full invoiced amount for the product. All credits for returned non-defective products are at the sole discretion of ColorID.
